CNC Programmer (Milling or Turning) – Clear Path to Senior

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Programmer for an in-house team in Martock. You will set up, program and operate CNC machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls on milling and turning work.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, offering progression into senior positions as the team grows, within a supportive, family-run environment with company benefits. This is a stable, days-based role with a strong work-life balance.
