Lead Luxury Home Construction Site Manager

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-end residential properties, including bespoke new builds and substantial refurbishments in the New Arlesford area.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a keen eye for quality finishes and the ability to coordinate architects, subcontractors and trades to deliver projects on time and to exacting standards. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are desirable or required depending on project needs.
