Senior Enhanced Care Team Lead – Clinical Operations

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking an Enhanced Care Team Leader to oversee enhanced care services across the Trust, delivering effective operational management and clinical oversight for our most vulnerable patients.

You will work with the emergency department and inpatient wards, allocate resources, provide motivational leadership to junior staff, and promote a psychologically safe, trauma-informed approach within a multidisciplinary team.
