London-Based HSEQ & Safety Manager – Compliance Lead

McAllister Group, part of Vortex Companies, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our London team. You will lead the HSE function across utilities, local authority, and commercial frameworks, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring UK compliance.

You will develop and implement safety, environmental and quality policies, conduct risk assessments, manage investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the business. A NEBOSH or IOSH certification is desirable.
