Policy Programs Lead – Content Moderation & AI Rules

IMDb, part of IMDb Services Limited, is seeking a Senior Policy Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of content policy across IMDb’s ecosystem— from creation and versioning through to enforcement and machine-interpretability.

You will lead the policy framework and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, PR, and Operations to ensure policies are comprehensive and enforceable at scale. A strategic thinker, you’ll drive policy governance and measurable improvements in policy coverage.
