This law firm is well respected in the UK and growing internationally. The firm is looking for BD Manager to support on the Real Estate group, as the division grows. The role will work alongside an existing BD Manager and BD Executive, and will take the lead on a few of the sub-groups within Real Estate.

The Business Development Manager will:

- Develop strategic BD plans for the groups and individual Partners Mentor and coach fee earners on BD skills including pitches and presentations Analyse and identify growth opportunities for the groups Help to shape client and referral accounts and put plans in place Develop thought leadership campaigns and events

The role would suit an experienced BD Manager from the legal sector with experience of developing and shaping business plans. Experience of Real Estate would be a plus but as long as candidates can demonstrate adaptability and an interest to learn, the firm are open to BD Manager from broader practices / sectors.

The BD Manager will join a supportive team, with a great Director to learn from. The firm is happy to discuss flexibility and part time working. Many of the team work 4 or 4.5 day weeks.
