Safran is seeking a Field Service Team Leader – Engine Maintenance at its UK Fareham facility. You will lead technicians, oversee Level 1-3 maintenance on Safran helicopter engines, and ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety standards.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with planning, KPI management, and customer-facing activity. You will champion quality, turnaround time, and continuous improvement, while maintaining records and promoting HSE and 5S practices.
