ER HR Advisor for Managers | Compliance & Coaching

Caretech Supplies LLC in Gateshead is seeking an HR Advisor to provide practical HR guidance across employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for managers and support investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and sickness absence management.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will draft correspondence, manage case files, and assist with occupational health referrals. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent HR experience) is required.
