Hybrid IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line, AI‑Driven Automation

Ocean Holidays is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT support for around 200 users in a hybrid Microsoft-focused environment. You will handle 1st/2nd line incidents from initial contact to resolution and collaborate with senior IT colleagues on complex issues.

You will support Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID/AD, Intune and Autopilot, plus network troubleshooting. The role emphasizes automation, documentation and proactive problem-solving.
