Box Office Sales Associate — Part-Time, 6-Month Contract

The National Theatre is seeking a part-time Box Office Sales Assistant to join the Box Office team on a six-month fixed-term basis. You will handle ticket sales and enquiries, delivering friendly, efficient service to customers in person, by phone or online, and support bookings and payments at peak times.

Key requirements include strong customer service experience, professional communication, and excellent IT skills with Word and Outlook. Previous theatre or hospitality experience is a plus.
