Income Officer — Tenancy & Rent Support (Hybrid)

Lewisham Council is seeking an Income Officer to manage rent accounts, help residents sustain their tenancies and maximise rental income for the Council. You will work directly with residents, offering advice and early intervention to prevent arrears while taking timely recovery action when needed.

Based at Laurence House in Catford with a hybrid pattern of office and homeworking, the role involves home visits, attending court hearings, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
