Employee Relations HR Advisor — London Office

ICTS is seeking an HR Advisor for England, based at the London HQ. The role supports English divisional operational teams with proactive HR guidance and hands-on employee relations across the region. It’s primarily an ER role with regular office hours and some flexibility.

The candidate will manage first and second line ER cases, coach managers, and collaborate with HR partners. Experience with ITrent and Business Objects is preferred, along with strong Excel data skills.
