Vets for Pets is seeking a Senior Manager Retail Subscriptions to own the end-to-end subscription proposition across stores and online. You will shape a three-year roadmap, drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value, and work with Product, CRM, Trade and Store teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
You will influence stakeholders across the business, build strong external supplier relationships and deliver commercial growth through data-driven decisions and market insight.
