Bar Manager

BAR MANAGER – LONDON BRIDGE

We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join a high-volume restaurant in London Bridge.

Salary: £42,500 + approximately £3,000 in surplus tronc.

Contract: 48 hours per week.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, particularly classic cocktails..
• Good wine knowledge would be a significant advantage..
• Experience managing ordering, stocktakes and par levels..
• Ability to train, develop and mentor junior bartenders..
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment..
• A reliable, punctual and trustworthy professional with a hands-on approach..

We’re looking for someone passionate about great drinks, confident behind the bar and capable of maintaining high standards while leading a busy team.
