MEP Coordination Lead for Commercial Refurbs & Fit-Out

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Technical Services Manager to support the Senior Technical Services Manager across a portfolio of commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects in London. You will help coordinate MEP services, manage subcontractors, review designs and ensure QA, HSE and on-site execution.

The role offers exposure to full lifecycle activities, including design coordination, commissioning and handover, with opportunities to progress toward a Building Services Manager
