Quantity Surveyor – Rail & Civils (End-to-End Commercial)

Jigsaw Business Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for an Essex-based role, with office-based work in Chadwell St Mary and regular site visits. You will own commercial management across rail and civil maintenance frameworks, driving value and robust financial control.

You will manage mobilisations, CVR, forecasting, and reporting under NEC3/NEC4 (and Network Rail bespoke) contracts, coordinating with operational teams and clients.
