CalMac Ferries in Brodick and Lochranza is recruiting for three permanent port assistant posts. You will support day-to-day pier operations, vessel turnarounds, passenger and freight embarkation, and ticketing in the ticket office.
The role combines pier work with customer service duties and Night Watch shifts on vessels. The pattern includes four days over seven for pier/ticketing and seven days on/off for Night Watch, with weekend and public holiday cover.
