Family Help Team Manager – Hybrid Social Work Leader

Leicester City Council’s Children’s Social Care service is seeking a permanent Family Help Team Manager to lead one of its social work clusters and drive high-quality practice.

The role focuses on supervising social workers, managing a diverse caseload, and delivering strong performance with a trauma-informed, Signs of Safety approach. Hybrid working and an out-of-hours rota are included.
