Senior CMHT Clinician – Dementia & Older Adults

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health clinician for the Older Persons CMHT based in Andover. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting assessments, coordinating care with agencies, and contributing to recovery-focused interventions.

You will supervise staff, produce reports, and may run clinics as needed. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; hours are Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00.
