Job Description:
Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils are recruiting Waste Collection loaders to work across their services, collecting domestic and recycling waste from residents on a weekly basis.
The role requires outdoor work in all weather, walking 10–15 miles daily, and the ability to operate across two depot sites with a flexible, customer‑facing approach.
Candidates should have a valid UK driving licence, a good understanding of health and safety, and a reliable, team‑minded attitude.
