Hotel Maintenance & Facilities Manager

A property management role at Aimbridge Hospitality oversees the maintenance and physical operation of Aloft by Marriott Birmingham Eastside and The Eastside Rooms. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with other departments to deliver a consistently high guest experience.

You will report to the Director of Operations and drive sustainability initiatives and cost-effective improvements across hotel systems and facilities.
