Director of Residential Estates & Student Housing

AJ Group Services Ltd. is seeking a Director of Residential Buildings in Central London to lead the strategy and performance of a large residential estate, including student accommodation, within a higher education environment.

The role carries senior responsibility for creating a safe, compliant and financially sustainable estate, spanning governance, capital projects and long-term asset investment while collaborating with executive leadership and academic services to improve student living
