Project Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Hotel Refurbishment (M&E)

InVision Group in London is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor / PQS to join a major hotel refurbishment project. You will support commercial delivery, manage M&E packages, procurement, valuations and cost reporting, while maintaining strict financial controls on a live site.

The role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and site team to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely payments and accurate final accounts.
