Chief Inclusion & Equity Strategist

Keys Academies Trust is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead the Trust’s inclusion strategy and support school leaders in delivering high-quality provision for every learner. The role requires working across the newly merged trust, with significant time in schools alongside a head office base.

No visa sponsorship is available; start date is January 2027 or by discussion. You will shape, develop and implement strategic plans as part of the Executive Team and lead across multiple schools.
