Deputy Manager, Children’s Homes — Lead & Inspire Care

Witherslack Group is hiring a Deputy Manager for our Children’s Homes in the UK. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting young people to thrive in a safe environment. A minimum of 2 years in residential childcare, including supervisory experience, is required.

The Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is essential; Level 5 in Leadership is desirable. A valid UK driving licence is also needed.
