Senior Business Systems Support Officer

This post sits in the Children’s and Education IT Business Systems Team at Cambridgeshire County Council, and two posts are offered on six-month fixed-term contracts or secondments. The work is about keeping case management systems for children’s and education services working well and adapting them as services change. It blends system configuration, testing and support with an understanding of business processes, and includes contributing to changes through the Families First Programme.
