HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Insights

KPI Recruiting Ltd is helping our client recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team in a busy, data-driven environment. You’ll support managers, resolve employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with UK employment law.

You’ll work closely with the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle, handling investigations, providing guidance on policy, and helping develop reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
