ER Change Lead – Hybrid, 6-Month FTC in North London

Leaman Consulting is seeking an experienced ER Change Manager for an initial six‑month assignment in North London. The role is hybrid with two office days weekly and a 35‑hour week, ending early on Fridays. It may extend or convert to four days per week for the right candidate.

You will drive restructures and redundancies, advise on legal requirements, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, fair change programmes. The rate is £53,800 per annum.
