Leaving Care Personal Advisor – Empower Young Futures

Remedy Social Care is recruiting for a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to join the Oxfordshire team on behalf of the client Oxfordshire County Council. The role focuses on guiding, coaching and advocating for care-experienced young people as they move toward independence.

You will build relationships, develop Pathway Plans and coordinate services across housing, health and education to empower young people to achieve their goals.
