Site Manager – M&E Project – Cambridge

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial M&E project in Cambridge
The successful candidate must have a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background and previous experience managing commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the site and M&E works
Coordinating mechanical and electrical trades and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
Monitoring progress and reporting on site activities
Managing health & safety and ensuring site procedures are followed
Liaising with contractors, project management and other site personnel
Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and general site management duties
Requirements
Valid SMSTS – essential
Asbestos Awareness – essential
Strong previous M&E site management experience
