Deal Technology Manager – IT M&A Strategy & Execution

EY-Parthenon seeks a Manager, Deal Technology (IT) in the Strategy and Execution group, based onsite in Belfast or Manchester with travel to London as required. You will advise on IT aspects of M&A, covering pre‑deal diligence, value creation, carve‑outs and integrations for corporate and private equity clients across the UK and Ireland.

The role requires extensive IT/M&A experience, strong stakeholder management, and ability to lead diverse teams.
