Senior Service Manager, Children in Care & Leaving Care

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Children We Care For & Leaving Care service across South Oxfordshire. The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership to improve outcomes for children in care and care leavers.

The post is based at Abingdon and offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office, a 37-hour week, and an umbrella rate of £48.64. DBS checks are required and travel across the county is expected.
