Senior Quantity Surveyor – Defence Infra, NEC Option C

Randstad CPE in the Richmond area is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC Option C experience for a 6-month contract on a Defence Infrastructure project. The role is on-site with occasional home working allowed one day per week and requires CSCS and proven QS capabilities.

You will handle upstream contract administration, cost records, valuations, and CE/CEs with the Client team, under a Lead QS, on a cost-reimbursable contract. On-site four days a week, with the potential for extensions.
