Hybrid Field & Remote Technical Support Engineer

Motorola Solutions in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Technical Support Engineer to join a multi-site team. You will provide remote support, perform break/fix and escalation, and work with customers to ensure service levels are met while traveling to customer sites as needed.

The role requires Windows Server proficiency, storage and cloud knowledge, and strong networking skills, with on-call rotation and security clearances in scope. A UK driving license is expected.
