Senior IT Support Specialist — Hybrid UK Offices

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a Senior Technology Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote IT support across UK offices. You will resolve hardware, software and network issues, support meeting-room technology, and help keep endpoint devices secure and reliable.

You will contribute to enterprise IT operations, manage incidents, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with vendors to maintain SLAs. A degree in IT or CS, plus 4–8 years of experience, is expected.
