Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch
• Assist customers at the trade counter and over the phone
• Offer expert advice to help customers find the right products
• Make proactive sales calls to new and existing customers to drive business growth

About You

• Good knowledge of building materials
• Understanding of the construction supplies industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A sales-driven mindset with the confidence to engage with customers
