Lorien is recruiting for a Business Analyst (People Transformation) in Edinburgh. The role supports a Workforce Transformation programme, focusing on improving HR/People processes, systems, and colleague experiences.

The successful candidate will bridge HR and technology, translate business needs into Agile user stories, and support large-scale workforce transformation initiatives. The role is based in Edinburgh with hybrid working (2 days on site) and will run via Umbrella.
