Hybrid M&E QS for Data Centers & Generator Projects

Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited is currently seeking an experienced Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major client in London. Based at Farringdon, you will work on a hybrid basis with two days per week from home, supporting large-scale generator and data centre projects.

The role focuses on managing all commercial aspects, cost planning, forecasting and subcontractor management, with long-term freelancing prospects and a competitive day rate of £450.
