The Role

You will handle a varied non-contentious construction caseload including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and associated documents
• Supporting contentious matters such as adjudications and construction disputes
• Advising a diverse client base including housing associations, developers, contractors and consultants
• Procurement and risk allocation

About You

• Qualified Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Newly Qualified + experience in construction law
