Operations Manager

Operations Manager urgently required to join our client in the Dungiven area. This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday 7AM to 4PM and Friday 7AM – 2PM. Salary is £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience. This is a temporary ongoing position, with the potential to become permanent after 16 weeks depending on performance.

Job duties include overseeing all daily manufacturing and production activities, implementing production schedules ensuring production targets and output levels are achieved, managing staff including monitoring staff attendance, productivity and performance.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience in similar role is essential
• Previous experience with windows and door manufacturing is desirable
• Ability to work full-time hours
