As Contracts Manager, you will take overall leadership of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of construction contracts across England, manage client relationships, design teams, and sub-contractors effectively. You will ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory legislation, monitor project finances and lead and mentor site management teams.
We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, contracts and building regulations.
- Valid CSCS Card (Management tier), SMSTS, and relevant safety qualifications.
- Full driving licence.
Job Type– Full-Time/Permanent.
Location – Based in our Rostrevor office, with regular visits to site.
Salary – Competitive (dependent on experience) + Travel/Subsistence Package.
