Luxury Residential Site Manager – Prime Projects (Tunbridge Wells)

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a Site Manager for a flagship super-prime residential project based in Tunbridge Wells. The role requires delivering luxury schemes on time, to exacting standards, while managing on-site operations and safety.

You will lead client-facing coordination, oversee trades and subcontractors, and uphold quality throughout the build. A permanent, site-based role with an end-of-November start date and a strong track record in premium residential delivery is essential.
