CDM Site Manager – Local Hospital Decarbonisation

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a major decarbonisation project at a local hospital in Boston, Lincolnshire. This contract role runs until the end of March 2028, with a competitive salary and a local candidate preference.

The successful candidate will have extensive CDM site management experience, a Black CSCS card, and NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent, plus a Temporary Works Supervisor qualification or willingness to attend a short course.
