Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Apartments (Preston)

We Are Footprint is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a high-quality residential apartment scheme in Preston. You will lead the commercial management from pre-construction through to final account on a main contractor project and collaborate closely with site teams to protect margins.

The ideal candidate will have previous Senior QS experience on similar schemes, strong knowledge of JCT contracts, and the ability to drive cost control and value across the project.
