Freelance Kitchen Refurbishment Site Lead | SMSTS/CSCS

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a kitchen refurbishment project covering the Telford/Shrewsbury area. The role will begin on a day-rate basis, reporting to a Contracts Manager and coordinating with the TLO/RLO to manage access to occupied properties and execute the programme.

Ideal candidates will hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, with proven experience in kitchen refurbishment sites and subcontractor management. A company vehicle is provided.
