EMEA Enterprise Sales Director – Hybrid/Remote

BlueOptima, a UK-based leader in software productivity analytics, seeks a hands-on CRO to run a four-person enterprise AE team selling £100k–£200k ARR deals to CTOs and CFOs across the UK and EMEA. You’ll own forecasts, enforce MEDDPICC discipline, and drive predictable growth.

You will coach AEs on live deals, engage in executive calls, and collaborate with SDR and Customer Success teams to optimize pipeline and expansions.
