Job Description:
Hospice at Home West Cumbria is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical care across home nursing, support at home and bereavement services. You will set strategy, oversee governance, manage the clinical budget and act as the CQC Registered Manager, guiding multidisciplinary teams in palliative and end-of-life care.
The role requires a degree-level qualification in a clinical or healthcare management discipline and strong leadership, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
