Howden is seeking a customer services professional to join our Central Operations team in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, clients and partner organisations, handling calls with professionalism and efficiency.
In this role, you will manage a high-volume switchboard, respond quickly to standards, report faults, and contribute to business continuity planning. A background in customer services or hospitality and solid Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
