Pilgrims Europe is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead our Broiler Farm operations in Necton, ensuring high welfare, health, and performance across stock and staff. The role involves a 48-hour week on a 5-from-7 shift pattern with a 6th day as required, and requires strong poultry husbandry and budget oversight.
You will manage environmental systems, maintain records, and develop a small team while upholding safety and welfare standards, with Level 3 Poultry Passport preferred.
