Outreach Family Inclusion Specialist

Waythrough is seeking a Family Inclusion Worker to support children, young people and families affected by substance use. Based at Bromley Road with outreach across the local area, the role is full-time, 37 hours, and focuses on safeguarding and a whole-family recovery approach.

You will carry out assessments, provide targeted interventions, and work across adult and young people’s services to address family needs and promote lasting change.
